The African qualifier consist of Two Stages. The Sub Regional qualifier and the regional Final. The top two team from the two regional qualifier clash with each other for regional final. Both of the sub regional qualifier were held in Rwanda.

The Namibia and Zimbabwe directly qualified for the regional Final After Receiving Bye Due to the participating in the 2022 ICC Men’s T-20 World cup.

The regional Finals were Held in Namibia.
